The Consumers Energy Helping Neighbors Program helps qualified families lower monthly utility bills and improve comfort by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes. At no cost, our energy technicians will conduct a home energy assessment, install energy-saving products and provide educational information on additional ways to reduce energy use.
